Victoria is a Registered Psychotherapist who has obtained her Bachelor of Applied Sciences degree in Adult Development from the University of Guelph (2017) and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville university (2021). She brings a wealth of academic knowledge to her practice and years of experience in the mental health field, where she has taken on many roles in various community settings.

Victoria aims to create a safe and comfortable space for her clients, treating everyone with compassion and dignity, supporting open expression, authentic self-discovery, and positive self-growth. She employs an integrative therapeutic approach, emphasizing collaboration and personalized care. Drawing from a diverse toolkit of modalities such as Brainspotting, Narrative, Solution-Focused, CBT, Mindfulness-Based, and Trauma-Focused therapies, she tailors interventions to suit her clients’ unique needs.

Victoria has a passion for working with pre-teen, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with issues including stress, anxiety, depression, relational issues, life transitions, conflict, abuse, trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, and more.

Outside of work, Victoria can be found enjoying local restaurants, spending quality time with her fiancé and their two dogs, and playing baseball on Sundays.
