Prior to each visit you are required to complete a COVID-19 self-assessment, and that can be found here: https://covid-19.ontario.ca/self-assessment/
This ensures you are an appropriate candidate for in-person care. If you do not pass the self-assessment, please be in touch and we can convert you to a virtual session or reschedule.
COVID-19 Appointment Protocol
The following is a list of steps that must be taken during each in-person visit at Elora Physiotherapy.
1. COVID-19 Screening
All clients are required to wear a face mask. You may bring your own face mask, which can be either cloth or paper. If you do not have a mask we will provide you one.
If you require someone to accompany you to your appointment, they will be required to wear a mask, use hand sanitizer and complete the COVID-19 self-assessment upon arrival.
4. Hand Sanitizing
Once you enter the building, please stop and sanitize your hands prior to entering the clinic.
5. Waiting Room
Prior to entering the clinic, please remove footwear and leave on the trays provided outside the clinic.
Washrooms are available for use and are sanitized after each use.
All appointments are completed in private treatment rooms. When the gym is utilized it is with only 1-2 clients and therapists at a time to maintain social distancing. All equipment and treatment rooms are thoroughly sanitized after use.
The front desk and any touch points are thoroughly sanitized between each client.
As you exit the clinic please sanitize your hands again before leaving the building.
