Laura is a graduate of the Master of Science Physiotherapy Program at McMaster University, and prior to that completed a Master of Science degree in Biology at Dalhousie University, and a Bachelor of Science degree at Mount Saint Vincent University in Halifax.
In her ten years of clinical practice, Laura has gained experience in treating a wide variety of orthopaedic, spinal, and post-surgical conditions. She incorporates manual therapy, exercise, and education into each treatment session, and loves helping patients to achieve their unique individual goals. Laura is always pursuing continuing education, and has completed additional training in manual therapy, shoulder rehabilitation, concussion management, and physical therapy for individuals with cancer.
Originally from Nova Scotia, Laura is a true East Coaster at heart, but now calls Fergus home. Outside the clinic, you’ll find her spending time with her husband and young daughter, hiking, biking, and camping. She enjoys yoga and strength training, as well as reading and travelling.
